The Circuit Laundry app offers a user-friendly mobile solution that is as straightforward as our top-notch washing machines and dryers. With the app, you can effortlessly top up your Circuit app account in a matter of seconds. Once that's done, all you need to do is head to the nearest Circuit launderette, load your laundry, scan the QR code on the machine, and select your desired program - it's that easy! The app automatically adjusts your credits, providing you with up-to-date information on your circuit account balance. No need to stay and monitor your washing process.

Additionally, the app includes a countdown feature that informs you of the remaining time until your laundry is complete, allowing you to plan your tasks accordingly.

Please note that your Circuit app account operates separately from your laundry card account accessible through the Circuit website. If you haven't used the Circuit app before, you'll need to sign up separately within the app. Balances from your laundry card cannot be transferred to or from your Circuit app account.

Regarding connectivity, the app relies on Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G signals on your phone to activate the machines within the laundry room and to display the countdown while you attend to other matters outside of the launderette. As long as you have a stable connection, you can view the remaining time on your selected cycle and make productive use of your time.

1. By using this app, you acknowledge that you have a non-exclusive license to use it. You agree not to copy or infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
2. The minimum amount for topping up your credits is £5.00. Payments are securely processed through PayPal, and Circuit does not retain any card details.
3. If you wish to request a refund for partially used top-up credits, please email us at [email protected] with the following information: your registered email address, date of the in-app purchase, amount of credit purchased, and the desired amount of credit to be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for balances less than £5.00. A refund administration charge of £3.00 applies and will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. No refunds will be given for any free credits. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
